Why I'm An Expert On Days Of Our Lives

I have been watching Days of our Lives since I was eight years old.  My sister and I watched it with my mother one summer and then kept watching together.  We would set the VCR every day and watch it together when we'd get home from school.

I still remember how excited we were the first time Bo kissed Billy.  She had the remote and kept rewinding so that we could watch it again.  I was only in the sixth grade when they got married atop of the Chizen Itza in Mexico, and I remember being jealous because a classmate was going there with his family.

They almost lost me when Marlena became possessed, it was the single worse story line in the entire history of Days of our Lives, but I was never able to stay away for more than a week.  I don't think I've missed a single episode in at least 5 years.

I'm not an expert on the actors.  I don't know all there is to know about their lives.

But ask me about Days history, and I'm sure I can answer at least 95% of your questions.

After 25 years of watching, I believe I'm definitely a Days of Our Lives expert.

I find myself often talking to the TV, or wanting to share my favorite moments with someone, and writing to you, instead of talking to myself, is a far healthier choice!
